Do you have questions about current dairy policy or the upcoming farm bill? Then be sure to join your friends and neighbors on Wednesday, August 29 for the DBA/Edge Farmer to Farmer Policy Picnic hosted by Darlington Ridge Farms, 24425 St. Peters Rd, Darlington, Wis.

We are excited to bring the policy picnic to Darlington Ridge Farms, the DBA 2022 Advocate of the Year to share with you and other dairy farmers the innovative practices they are implementing on their 4,000-cow dairy farm. Jim DiGangi will discuss their upcoming digester project and how they are using Clarifide®Plus from Zoetis to improve the sustainability of the herd. Representatives from companies supporting the farm’s sustainability efforts, including Zoetis and Amp Americas, will also be onsite.

Darlington Ridge Farms is an active member of Lafayette Ag Stewardship Alliance, their local farmer-led watershed group.

The picnic will begin at 5:15 p.m. with a meal and policy update followed by a farm tour.
