Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is offering an important opportunity for farmers to become comfortable and confident in promoting the dairy community.
The group has scheduled three spokesperson training sessions for next month. The focus of will be on hosting farm tours and learning to engage a new generation of young people.
• Dec. 4 — Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, 8418 Excelsior Drive, Madison
• Dec. 10 — Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, 7001 Gass Lake Road, Manitowoc
• Dec. 12 — Eau Claire County Extension Office, 227 1st St. W A, Altoona
Trainings will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and be completed by 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to dairy farmers.
