COVID-19: Farmers, this should help when applying for payments

As you likely know by now, farmers were able to begin applying this week for direct financial assistance from the federal government to help offset losses caused by the pandemic.

While most parts of the two-page application are relatively simple to complete, a couple of areas are not as clear.

DBA wants to make sure you have what you need to receive the full assistance being made available. So, we created some supplemental instructions, particularly related to cull cattle and dairy bull calves as well as corn silage.
